Prasad Papudesi


Prasad Papudesi is the President for Connex Info Systems. He has over 12 years of experience in the financial and hospitality industries where he has been responsible for operations and technology. He provides overall strategy to Connex and is actively involved in helping clients with Security and Compliance. He combines his in-depth knowledge of the payment card industry with rapidly emerging information technology to come up with software development initiatives that benefit the clients with cost optimization and improved market share.

Mr. Papudesi founded Connex in 2005 and has been serving as its President since then. Prior to that, he co-founded Fundamental Computer Services, an IT services company and also worked in various management positions for Corporate Computer Services, a leading IT services company with clients throughout North America.

Mr. Papudesi earned his Masters degree in Computer Information Systems from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kakatiya University.


Ravi Venkatraman

Director – Projects

Ravi Venkatraman is the Director of Projects for Connex Info Systems. He has over 12 years of experience in financial, retail and automotive industries in the areas of software development and project management. His extensive software development experience since he began his career as a programmer combined with his project management skills has helped Connex in executing various projects for the clients successfully and cost effectively.

Mr. Venkatraman played a key role in the development of a fully featured payment processing gateway code named Pegasus. Prior to joining Connex in 2006, he has worked for various companies like Toyota, La-Z-Boy, AYSO, FMSMF in various capacities from programming to project management.

Mr. Venkatraman earned his Bachelors degree in Accounting from the Madras University.


Raghu Dhone

Director – Technology

Raghu Dhone is the Director of Technology for Connex Info Systems. He has over nine years of experience in financial and automotive industries in the areas of software development, systems operations and network operations. His areas of expertise include security and compliance and has streamlined development processes and practices at Connex that improved the efficiency and quality of the IT team.

Prior to joining Connex in 2007, Mr. Dhone worked as a principal consultant at In-Venture Soft, Inc. working on projects developing software for various clients in the automotive industry. He also worked as a software engineer at ACH Direct, a financial software services provider.

Mr. Dhone earned his Masters degree in Computer Information Systems from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Osmania University.


Javier Mendoza

Director - Business Development / Sales and Marketing

Javier Mendoza oversees all new business development and sales, as well as building partnerships and broader business relationships. Javier is a 12 year veteran in the technology industry specializing in payment and processing platform deployments across multiple countries.

In his previous role as Director of Business Development at Emida Technologies in California, he successfully developed several new territories that extended distribution to Latin America. In this role, he successfully negotiated contracts and managed partner relationships, while establishing new policies, processes, and procedures that have added value to the company’s business model.

Previously, he served as Senior Account Manager of U.S. Sales at Emida where he grew sales over 400%. Prior, Javier worked at GoRemote (IPASS) for 6 years in a variety of management roles including Operations Manager, Director of Quality Assurance and Customer Service Manager.


Michael Porto

Business Development Manager

Michael Porto joins our team as a National Account Manager and is responsible for managing and developing new business initiatives from our existing core clients. He brings over 20 years of Sales, Marketing and Product Management experience within the Tele-communications, Payment Processing and Financial Industry.

In his previous role as Lead Operations Account Manager at Eureka Revenue, Inc. in California, he managed partnerships with PaySpot, Inc. dba EPAY North America, a Division of Euronet Worldwide, Inc. and Emida Corporation, averaging $65 million a month in payment transactions across both platforms. He launched and oversaw several marketing, security and training initiatives to over 40 independent sales organizations covering over 15,000 retail locations.

Previously, as Senior Account Manager of U.S. Sales at Emida Corporation, he was directly responsible for 20% of the company’s total volume. In addition to signing new clients, he focused on developing strong partnerships with his existing clients to promote new business initiatives. His clients monthly volume grew by 820% during his tenure.
